We're offering all inclusive tickets for conference participants.

ALL INCLUSIVE INCLUDES:

• Free access to all lectures and workshops
• Accommodation in a double room for 2 days (hotel Istra 4* on the Red Island) on the basis of accommodation with breakfast
• Soujourn tax (tourist tax) for 2 days
• Dinner on Wednesday and entertainment (party) after dinner
• Drinks during all dinners and lunches in the hotel restaurant
• Use of hotel pool and wellness centre
• Lunch and dinner on Thursday
• Entertainment on Thursday night
• Lunch on Friday
• Boat transportation to the Red island and back (according to boat schedule)
• Conference materials

All inclusive for speakers, HrOUG & HUJAK members with one free ticket or accompanying person* 

• 1.400.00 HRK+ VAT

All inclusive add-on for a single room

• surcharge for a single use of a double room - 300.00 HRK + VAT (150,00 kn per day)

(*) Accompanying person is a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend who is not participating in the official conference program (lectures) but is participating in all other activities (lunches, dinners, parties, etc.).

   BUS TRANSPORTATION

• Bus transport, departing on Wednesday at 15:00 from Zagreb, and on Friday at 18:00 from Rovinj, priced 300.00 HRK + VAT (per person)
• Transport will be organized if we have at least 35 passengers

• One day ticket 1.400,00 HRK + VAT

DISCOUNTS

• HrOUG & HUJAK members have a right to one free ticket (to use it, please contact HrOUG or HUJAK)
• HrOUG & HUJAK members have a right to a 10% discount on a second and each additional ticket
• HrOUG & HUJAK members have a right to a 10% discount on all inclusive (except on the all inclusive that already includes a free ticket) 
• All participants who sign up for 5 tickets, get the 6^th ticket for free. Note: if there's some single day tickets in 5 ordered tickets, the free ticket will also be a single day ticket. This also doesn't include free tickets on the basis of HrOUG or HUJAK membership.
