Accompanying person is a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend of conference participants.

Single use of a double room is extra 300 HRK + VAT.

If you decide to have a single room, please put a minus sign (-) in the next step, when asked for a name of a person you'll be sharing the room with.

HUJAK and HROUG members have a right to a free conference ticket.

Registered media representatives have a right to a free conference ticket.

Lecturer has a right to a free ticket. However, co-autors don't.

Sponsors have a right to a number of free conference tickets according to their Sponsorship status.

This category includes HrOUG and HUJAK Executive Board members, moderators and others who are directly working on the organization of the conference.

If it will be at least 35 bus ticket reservations, we will organize bus transporatation from Zagreb to Rovinj and back.

Bus will go on Wesnesday at 3 PM from parking lot behind Drazen Petrovic Sport Hall. From Rovinj bus will go on Friday at 6.30 PM from the parking lot Delfin.
